Production times
- Sample time:
Hats: 5-9 days (for simple design of 1 or 2 logo crafts)
Clothes: 9-15 days - Bulk time:
Hats: 15-20 days for below 500pcs.
over 500pcs, need to discuss.
Clothes: 15-20 days for below 300pcs,
Over 300pcs, need to discuss.
Payment
We accept several payment methods, including Western Union money transfers, PayPal, Alipay, Telegraphic Transfer (TT or T/T), and Alibaba Trade Assurance (for purchases made through Alibaba.com)
Shipment
We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx upon request. If you have an established relationship with a forwarder or have your own Express account, you can opt to ship Collect. Both air and sea shipping are available for international orders.

Discuss the design with customers, choose material colors, confirm logo craft, and make 2D model to confirm all details. Confirm all details will be clear before sample production or bulk production!!!
02-Purchase material
After confirming designs, we will purchase the sample material to make sample to show you .We can match all different material from the market, match the material based on the sample.
03-Logo Crafts
We can make different styles logo, like embroidery, woven label, leather patch, and so on.Will show you the logo sample before sewing to avoid mistakes, and confirm the quality!!
04-Sewing Hats
After confirming the logo, we will sew different panels together.
Sewing, clean all unnecessary threads and details to confirm quality!
05-Quality Control
After Ironing the hats shape, we have a team to control the quality.
Pick up bad quality hats, remake efficientcy.
06-Package
after checking quality, we will pack them into these bags, and our cartons are thick, can protect the quality during the shipment.
